Booking Policy: a minimum of 2-night stay is required for all Weekend packages. A minimum of 3-night stay is required for all Holiday packages. A minimum of 5-night stay is required for Weekly packages (June 18th - Sept 4th, 2023). Additional guests may be subjected to an additional fee.

• Note: your selected booking dates may be unavailable - please complete the form with your desired dates and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Cleaning Fee: a cleaning fee applies to each cottage you book. See rates below:

• 2 Bedroom Cottages: $95
• 3 Bedroom Cottages: $115

Deposit Policy: We require a 40% deposit to secure your booking. We also require a $200 security deposit guarantee by credit card which will be refunded at the end of your stay, if everything is in order. Deposits in the amount of $200 per cottage is required and will be returned in full at the end of your stay given that the cottage remains in satisfactory condition.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 60 days before your arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 21 days or more before arrival date will receive rain checks for another date. Cancellations less than 3 weeks in advance can not be refunded. A $51.50 + administration fee is retained on all cancellations. No exceptions.

Pet Policy: We are Pet friendly. Pets are welcome for designated cottages only at a rate of $45 + HST per dog. Dogs are restricted to a weight of 32 lbs or less. Please ensure you have reserved a pet friendly cottage (sorry we do not allow cats).
